Express Merchant Processing Solutions Powered by First Datat Someone opened an account in the business name and This company will not Hagerstown, Maryland
A fraudulant account was opened in the business account an despite 2-3 hr calls no would help resolve this matter of inportance. We will file a police report and notify the bank of this merchant. I hope the bank freezes all their deposits. The customer service is in other countries and we pay American money to have a service like this. Only one problem this was never opened by any of the officers of the company. Beware of Express merchant Processing Solutions, powered by First Data. Also I spoke to Kelvin Hall whoreferred me to Customer Care but he is Risk Management. I spoke to Lynn, Ashley "Supervisor", Acct Specialist "Loren", Valerie in charge backs, Michelle, Chyrl, Deb, Karen, Lillian, Karen, Victor in India, Pam & Winston in the Dominician Republic and Minni. Kelvin Hall is nowhere to be found yet everyone wants to transfer me to him and he has not changed the voice mail of someone that left 06/22/2012. WOW. Katrina Davie FL.
