This is a horrible company and I can't believe that the Better Business Bureau has accredited them.  They're nice until you make your reservation and give them your credit card number.  Then they don't return phone calls or reply to emails.

Like the other reports on here my quote was increased by $1,000 after it was loaded on the truck, I was charged for boxes I ended up not receiving and they lied about their insurance.  They were six hours late and didn't finish until after 9:00 at night which was too late for me to hire another company or buy additional insurance.  I was told it would take 5-7 days for delivery but at pickup it was a different story.  It ended up taking five weeks from pickup to delivery.  When they finally arrived the driver charged me an additional $100 because of where HE decided to park the truck - farther away from the house.  25% of my boxes were loaded on the truck upside down (when they were clearly marked) and crushed.  There were foot prints on my boxes indicating they had been stood on.  I had several broken items, dented and discolored appliances due to being stored at high temperatures for an extended period of time, and they lost a chair.  They guy that delivered my belongings said they company wouldn't ship the chair to me because it would cost them too much money and it would be cheaper for them to pay the $.60 per pound per item.

The owner/operator Cfir "Ricky" Karo is nothing but a scammer and liar.  Like the other post on here says, this guy will make everything seem like it's your fault it is taking so long for your shipment to arrive or that there was some sort of misunderstanding between the two of you. If you are already involved with this company and waiting for your belongings, the best thing to do is pay the balance due by cashier's check or money order and then put a stop payment on it.  Yes, it can be done.  Check with your bank and how they handle the process.  It's easier to put a stop payment on a cashier's check and I had to go into the bank to do it.  And dont forget to file a complaint at http://www.bbb.org/ and eventually they will lose their accreditation.
