Expressway Ford stole my 17 inch performance rims and tires from my mustang gt! Rip-off! El Paso Texas
My 17 inch rims and tires were stolen from my mustang gt by expressway ford of el paso. during my spring vacation, i went to el paso to visit family. i went ahead and decided to trade my car in for an explorer. expressway ford broke the contract due to a mistake they made that was not in their favor. they had yet to register the explorer, my car was still registered under my name so i opted to return the explorer and get my car back.
I know I could have fought it but it wasnt worth it. I didn't want to do business with a company that put any worth in their contracts. upon picking up my car, they switched the rims and tires out with cheap 15 inch wheels and tires. they refuse to do anything about it. one man, abie ortiz, told me i was a liar... that i brought the car that way to them. whenever i tried to make contact with the general manager, gerry scaratine, they would transfer my calls to the fax machine so that i would be subjected to a high pitched sound.
the same thing happen when i asked to speak to george makoul, the finance guy. being that i live in arlington, my brother, who lives in el paso, tried to call so that he could speak to the general manager and instead they transfered his calls to random dealerships in town. i have sent a certified letter to gerry scaratine and i have recieved no response. i will be suing. i have all the proof i need about ownership of my rims and tires. do not purchase your next vehicle at expressway ford!!!
