I signed up for the EXTRA Debit Card on July 4th, 2021 They gave the impression that the debit card could be used to build credit and earn rewards. What they did not say is that every user needs some form of ID. Or else the card is rendered unusable. I have used other debit cards and they did not require the users to jump through hoops like this particular debit card.

I can't use the debit card and they are charging me $12 per month. I asked them to stop charging me $12 per month; they continue to do so. 

Any suggestions?

Call your bank from which they debit their monthly fee and have them block their withdrawals.  This company does not allow people with older phones to access their app so the card is then useless while they still insist on charging monthly fees.  They have been good about dropping my fees though. 

You maybe have to have a brand new smartphone to access their app, there seems to be no way to go online on a regular laptop to control your account so you're stuck with an app that works for some, doesn't for others.  Not very democratized.  There is no apparent 800 number, you'll just get run around emails.  To the best of my knowledge and thus far.
