Extra Space Storage Will not pro rate my month, taking my money without cause. troy Nationwide
Called my storage location and was told that I would not be getting a refund for the 3 days I am not renting. I paid for the entire month in advance and was told on the website that ti would be refunded on the days I do not use. When I called and spoke to the manager, I was told and very rudely that I would get NO refund or pro rated amount. This is unethical!!! I am not using services for 3 days, have always paid on time and been a great customer. It would be like going to the grocery storte paying for $100 worth of food and only getting $75 worth and the store telling me too bad you paid for it and we are not giving you a refund for the items you did not receive. This place is shady at best. In the few years we were there it changed 3 different companies and the rates went up over $49 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will charge you for a full month of rental even if you do not use the full month. I shouod be prorated and refunded for the days I am not using it. The girl said they would not refund me because I paid for a whole month and even though Im not using the whole month I pretty much used the whole month, so they will not refund me for 3 days of not using their service. very disappointed in this company. BUYER BEWARE!!
