I ordered a beauty care product on facebook. Within 48 hours I tried to cancel the order because Amazon prime charged me $105.00 for ordering these 2 products. I called Amazon Prime and they immediately took the charge off my bank card then I tried to cancel Eyetensive Rejuvination and Skin logic.
When you call to cancel the order it is very confusing. I pressed the wrong button for Eyetensive and instead of getting my full money back, I pressed the number that said the order was cancelled and I could keep the product for $38.01. I tried to call and fix the problem but the number keeps disconnecting you. I tried 5 times.
I was able to press all the right buttons to get the Skin logic product cancelled. I sent both products back to the company, and placed a note in the Eyetensive mailer that stated that I pressed the wrong button and am returning the procect and would like a refund. Both products were sent with a retun receipt request which I received in the mail. So the company signed that they received my products.
Several weeks went by with no deposit in my bank or a check. After many attempts to reach a salesperson on the phone I was able to talk to a woman. She said they could only give me $5.00 back. I waid that was not acceptable. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said whe was the supervisor. She had an Asian accent. I said I would turn them into the BBB and she said I could have half back. Still unacceptable. Eventually she agreed that they had the product back unopened and would return the full amount of $38.01.
It is now 3 weeks since I talked with the salesperson and still have not received a reimbursement, even though they said not to expect the amount n my account for 3 working days.
