Dear Mr. Reese,

I send this letter in total frustration! I am trying to contact someone in reference to a product I ordered from a television ad that was advertised as "Free" if you called immediatley. The product was called "EZ-Quit" 7 Day Stop Smoking Kit. When I called I asked the operator how this could be, and were there any hidden or future charges, she assured me that there weren't any, all I had to pay was shipping and handeling of $8.00. What she didn't tell me was that the "KIT" contained 8 bottles, and the shipping was $8.00 per bottle. This was in October of 2003. In December of 2003 when I received my credit card bill there was a charge of $62.65 from this company. I went through the channels to dispute this with my credit card company and nothing happened. I soon forgot about it then I received another package that I did not order. There have been three additional charges of $26.85 placed to my credit card approx. every third month. I am currently disputing again.

I have tried calling the original phone number I called to order the product several times and am told that they no longer represent that product. I have gone to every website that is linked to the ditributer to try and contact someone with no success. In searching the internet for information I have found several other similar complaints. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. I am not the first one. Which is why I am writing you. I ran into an article on your website that refers to Alexander H Hao, and his company misrepresenting his product in 1999. My hope is that someone will pick up the ball and put a stop to this companies practices. I am hoping you can provide me with information on who to contact about this, and how to get back my $145.00. I keep running into brick walls. I cannot afford a lawyer, (obviously) but I hear all the time about class action suits, and such. I am not interested in anything more than my money back, never mind the time and stress of dealing with this situation. I support myself and this small amount is a lot to me.
