On 1 September, 2007 my wife and I went to this company to purchase prepaid wireless services.

We paid $100.00 and were given a used phone, which was claimed to be new. There was no user manual, the earphone cover was missing and there was no warranty information included.

The next day, we tried using the phone. The speaker fimction did not work properly, and the ringer volume was extremely low. Since it was Sunday we dicided to wait until Monday and return the phone for exchange.

We returned to the store on Monday and were told that the phone was damaged AFTER the sale, the earphone cover was missing and there was a scratch on the cover.

Our request to void the transaction or exchange phones was rejected. When we told the manager that we would try to reverse the credit card charge, he stated that the funds have already been withdrawn from the account and there was nothing we could do.

We only wanted to get a better phone, as you could not hear this one ring unless you had it in you hand, next to your ear. When the manager and the clerks copped attitudes, we decided that we no longer wanted to do business with them.
