Ezsavr ESBI Rip Off Company Las Vegas, Nevada
This company charged my phone bill for 14.95 when I called them they said they sent an email saying I had 72 hours to cancel this account. I never received this email, probably went to the spam folder. First off I did not agree to signing up for this service, I may have looked into the information about the coupon savings, which most sites make you enter your info before allowing you to see the information, I would have then backed out of the site. This company refused to refund my 14.95, but did however agree to cancel my subscription. Further more if I had setup and account wouldn't I know my user name and password, funny I don't. I reported them to century link for the ripoff company they are. I also disputed this charge on my phone bill. It's is back practices like this that makes the internet harder to use, because you have dishonest companies trying to make money off of people surfing and looking at sites. If this keeps up the valid busnesses will be hurt because no one will look at any of these sites.
