I too ordered this product. I also had a similar experience: inaccurate tracking information: no delivery date specified; incorrect customer service number. After 10 days I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge in accordance to the Fair Credit Card Billing Act.
The law states that no merchant may charge you, the consumer, for goods and or services not received. The credit card company will request that you contact the company to first try to come to come to some resolution: refund or send the product to you again. If not, then dispute the charge with your credit card company. You will not be responsible for that charge until resolution takes place.
