I ordered FabriClear on the internet only to find that there were many extra charges for shiping and handling. All the products thay introdude as 'free' have added shipping and handling charges and to top it all they charged my credit card before I got the totall cost. They will charge your credit account withougt allowing to remove an item from the list.  I printed out the receipt and called the comaphy.  The person on the phone told me the receipt number was not valid and to call again in the morning. I called again to inquire as to the charges and was told I could cancell the charges by calling my credit card bank. I called my bank and found out there were no charges as yet. Then I found out the charges do not appear until the prodict is ready to ship which could take up to four weeks. So, I could not cancell the order becaude the order number was invallid and I could not cancell the transaction with my bank or credit card because the charges had not appeard yet.  The bank, creit card, official told me to check every day for the charges to appear so I could cancell the transaction.  That seems illogical to me. I have to call every day for two weeks to see if the chages had gone thorough so I could cancell the cahrges? I cannot cancel the order because the order number they gave me was invalid and I cannot cancell the transaction to my card until it has gone thorugh.  Very frustrating.
