They sold me a teacup poodle that had distemper and upon notification of the dog dying, refused to refund the money. Their only warranty implies that upon return of the dead dog, they will supply a new dog. How sick and disgusting! Complaints are now filed with the SPCA and The Humane Society against this breeder! They claim they are located in ALTON TX and AUSTIN TX! how can a breeder be located in 2 cities.

Greetings, It is disappointing to read the bad publicity on Ruben and Betsy's company: FabulousPups.com. I must say, as I am typing this my beautiful, very healthy 5 pound Maltipoo, which I purchased from FabulousPups, is curled up alongside me. Born March 10, 2007 and named "Dora"-I changed it too "Fancee". I wish I could include a picture of her. She arrived from Texas via American Airlines Cargo-a mere 1 1/2 pounds. My only complaint was that she developed a kennel cough, which I have now learned is very normal amongst new born pups that have been boarded. Another complaint I had was the fact that I experienced difficulty contacting Ruben and Betsy at times during the purchase process. Ruben always returned calls extremely late in the day, he explained this was because he had a day job. Nevertheless, Fancee just turned one, she is a very lively little creature. I am hoping that these unfortunate situations are sorted out as miscommunications and what not. I sincerely am very happy with my Maltipoo from FabulousPups.com. This message is not fake, nor did anyone put me up to this. I was actually looking for some information for a friend about purchasing a pouch and so I googled FabulousPups and ran into these RipOff Reports-I was in shock. My name is Dee Mondesir and I was a customer of theirs. I am open to any questions anyone may have in regards to my experience purchasing from Fabulous Pups.

We have to try to contact the person, but we have no records on her. We also have searched on all the dogs that were sent to california and we cannot find any dogs under S. California or under Janna. We are not scammer and we are one of the best breeder in Texas. We have a lot of good customers that can send their feed back.
