Factory Trained Auto Repair Mike Stevens Got parts installed and had to take them back off cuz were told 2 different amounts to pay. Calhoun GA
We needed four spark plugs, bad clip replaced and the compression re adjusted. After services were done was told that we didn't owe nothing. After a hour goes by Mike Stevens calls and said "where did you go you owe me $214 and change?".
Then get there we owed $394. We didn't have $394 so,they took the new parts off and put the old parts back on and chaged us $180 in labor. Poor customer service and unprofessional. We were threated to have the police called on us.
