Fairbanks has made our lives a living hell. They purchased our mortgage from Nations Credit. We've been fighting ever since then. They forced insurance on us, put us in a forbearance agreement for the past year. They expect us to come up with 14,000 by 4/25/03. We had a company run our credit report and Fairbanks reported that they have not received a payment in the past year. Almost every one we spoke to told us that there was nothing that they could do about it.
I presented one company with my delivery confirmation from the post office showing my payments weren't late, and my cancled checks. They told me maybe they might be able to slide us though the cracks. They're are last hope. This company is trying to take our home. We called the Attorney General and they stated there was a investagation going on. That doen't help me. I need some way to keep these jerks from taking my home. If you can get out do it now! It may already be too late for my family.
