Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff harassment mental anguish cussing at me over the phone the business that doesn't give a dam Hatboro Pennsylvania
I have 2 mortgages with Fairbanks Capital Corp. My wife was recently terminated from her job because she filed a sexual harassment suit against the company. The VA was billing her insurance company for my medical bills which was a mistake because I'm 100% disabled vietnam vet.
The VA mistakenly took 2 mths. of my checks away from me not knowing what the hell they was doing. I recently was reimbursed from the VA for their mistake. In the meantime I got behind on my mortgages. While waiting on the government I could'nt make no payments and now my house fell into foreclosure. Once I started getting my checks back I offered Fairbanks $1000 per mth. so I wouldn't lose my house and they told me NO.
In the meantime my credit report shows delinquent payments on my house, and I can't possibly get a loan. They still harass me on the phone between 3-4 times per day. I think we all should file a class action lawsuit just to let Fairbanks know that we're Americans and won't be pushed around like puppetts.

I read your complaint and I know first hand that these people are out to do nothing but take people's homes. You are a disabled Vet from Vietnam--please contact your Congressman and your State Representative and let them know what is happening. If they are any kind of a representative they will take action for you. Contact your Attoney General and the Attorney General in Florida. Florida is supposedly trying to get a case against this company. Good luck.
