Fairbanks Capital Corp. ripoff abused & mistreated Jacksonville Florida
I made 2 payments in July and one in August and did not recieve my new statement until after the payment was due for September. I had attempted to call this company but could not get through. Finally someone called me on Monday after the payment was due and was VERY rude to me. I tried to explain to her that I had been in an accident on July 26 after I had made the three payments. She told me she was real sorry but the money was due NOW. I then called the customer service and asked if I could make an interest payment and she told me no but they would divide the payment up into three payments over the next three months. I told this lady that I would not go back to work until Oct. 28th and she told me the house payment would be due on the 20th of Oct.--I then told her that was impossible for I would not be at work. I tried to think of everything that I could to appease this representative from this company but she told me that my house would be in foreclosure before I could repay this one payment. She then hung up on me in the middle of a conversation and I could not get back in touch with her or any representative of the company. Rip-off isn't the word!!!!
