Fairbanks Capital rip-off con artist Kennwick Washington
fairbanks capital rewrote- or loan-would not accept morgage payment. call for customer service no reply at all. tryed to forclose on our home without any writen notice or a phone call.
when finally they call to let us know that our home is going up for auction and we have to hours to come up with 6500.00 or our home is gone. i really dont understand that this morgage company is a big ripoff and makes money on forcloseures so us hardworking people lose their home and then they resale for profit to benefit them only.
my advice is to refinaince with honest morgage companies who care about people. please be aware of this problem

this company rewrote our loan . would not accept morgage payment, within a day our home is put up for auction without any written notice or phone, call, we then have few hours to come up with 6500.00 or we lose our home. this company has no cutomer service and looking to ripoff the hard working people to pu money in their pocket. please be advised to refinaiance they are not out to help the cusumer but to sell to make profit
