This company repeatedly adds unsupported charges and through the use of creative bookkeeping, the payments are not properly recorded - creating more unsupported charges. They are also non-responsive.
I've written countless letters and the response is always that they're looking into it, but nothing ever comes of it. They refuse to do anything through the mail, always wanting phone calls. I'm fairly certain that I'll be filing against them in a civil process in the near future.

Send a letter of inquiry (certified mail) regarding your concerns to FB Next contact the Attorney Gen. Office for Wa State. Send a copy of your letter of inquiry along with your complaint. FB has 30 days to answer the AG inquiry. There are many complaints regarding FB in the State of Washington. This company is operating as a "Collection Agency" here in Wa state. I'm sorry for what you are going thru & hope this helps. You can access the ag office online & file your report too.
