they are such criminals that they don't feel secure unless they are in "lockdown"! I have often wondered why no one had written in to say that they had physically gone to Fairbanks' offices, now I know. These thieves have surely driven many to the brink of insanity and have to lock themselves up in sheer fear of reprisal. How sad. Legitimate businesses have open doors! Your story is one of the more unique ones I have heard. I hope that you are planning on joining the upcoming media blitz; this certainly shows that Fairbanks does not operate in "good faith". How ridiculous that you were expected to sit across the street and FAX things to them. Or call them. Inane, insane...like most other things Fairbanks does. Maragaret, do you honestly believe that Fairbanks made that many "mistakes" over so many years on so many accounts? What they are doing is STEALING, evidently with the complicity of the very people expected to regulate them! Notice how all these regulatory agencies are right on the Fairbanks premises and nothing has changed? (Evidently, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the FTC and others were able to at least get in the door, which is more than a customer can do!) This sounds suspicious to me; if these agencies were serious, their very PRESENCE should scare Fairbanks into compliance with law. Maybe they are all out building houses for PMI instead of taking care of business. Who knows. But, they should take note that the general population is taking note that nothing is being corrected.... It is still the same old Fairbanks song and dance; we send bogus bills, you send real money! Does not sound like a fair trade to me...sounds like a gigantic rip-off. Corporate Advance; give me a break! Please send your story on Sunday; I hope the ED will send you an email with the details. Blessings on all of you and go get 'em!
