Since my life has always been filled with new adventures and challenges time is irrelevant. The murder charge against GDLS occurred while I was a R & D test engineer working with the design engineers to develop the M1A1.M1A2, and M1 Tanks. The push to follow the Federal Government restrictions and specifications while developing new design concepts and assemblies within a limited number of experimental vehicles caused a high level of employee stress and a constant cleaning of the vehicles to be able to test for baseline testing for the next test series. The maintenance specialists were professional men and women. Some were there when Chrysler Defense owned the tank arsenal. The pressure was on them to constantly renew to pristine conditions the interior of the tanks. Testing and work was 24hour/7day conditions. Sometimes exact procedures were missed or specialists and technicians were tired. In any case, GDLS was "written up" under the rules of OLSHA or the government for minor procedural errors constantly. One morning when a new shift came to work a man's body was found inside the M1A1 dead. He was cleaning with a product that was approved by the government and in his rush to have the vehicle ready for the new shift he was overcome with fumes and could not be rescued in time. GDLS was charged with murder. For the time frame when this happened check when the the M1 was still the M1A1 or M1A2. I went on and became other things but I never forgot this sad event. The man was well respected.

I have Googled for hours, and have not found ANY link for (General Dynamics AND murder). What are you talking about? The closest thing I can find is whining because GD cancelled their health insurance coverage if they continue to smoke, a self imposed habit that KILLS the participant. Health Insurance is expensive, and smokers increase the costs. Most companies are adopting the same standard. What MURDER did the Corporation, General Dynamics, commit?

The search for a lawyer to file charges agains Fairbanks in Michigan brings to light the political problems in Michigan. Lawyers who openly fight for individual rights, such as Fieger, are often black listed with judges, even up to the Michigan Supreme Court. The Attorney General of Michigan, Mike Cox, placed the head of the lawfirm who is auctioning homes for these crooked lenders up for promotion as the head of the Republican Party in Michigan. Mike Cox also found a way for the FBI to raid Fieger's office on a search mission to find information on him. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I tried to get the Oakland Sheriff to take a complaint about the abuse I was sustaining with Fairbanks and asked for help in taping the phone, I was told they would not come out, the prosecutor of Oakland County would not see anyone without a police report, so there was no chance that elder abuse could be a part of the fight against Fairbanks. Lawyers I interviewed agreed I had a legitimate case against Fairbanks for both the foreclosures they were constantly placing my home in and the breach of contract Fairbanks did by placing my home up for auction but no one will take the case because of the complication with Oakland County.
