Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Don't for a minute think that you got ripped because you were a credit problem. You didn't end up with Fairbanks because you wanted to. You are not the criminal here. We all have our own horror stories about predatory lenders and to think that some people believe we were partly at fault because our credit wasn't perfect only shows they don't know anything about the problem.

The same way some people think Fairbanks hires sub-standard people or puts them all in one class. They hire the best help they can get, there told what to do. I'm not defending or complaining about FB or any other Predatory Lenders here. I'm saying don't muddy up the water so you can't see the real problem. I called the Executive Response Unit at Fairbanks yesterday and was treated with respect and courtesy. My problems

were clearly defined to them without a It's all your fault attituide. The lady I talked to thought it was here fault already. I talked to a real person directly without going through any phone menu options. She did say that she wasn't busy which means to me not to many people were using that option.

Please give it a try The P.L.A. needs you help in finding a plan that will work to fight predatory lending, and seeing as how there isn't another one in the works right now this is one option we need to pursue and get feedback on. Also I make $60,000 a year in the construction industry so this Predatory Lending problem isn't just about poor folk. May God Bless All Who Have Suffered The Pedatory Lenders Liberation Army.

Now they say send $11,000 or your home is gone in 25 days. We are recieving letters from Equicredit to change the mortgage and then FairBanks who say they cant help us they are not lenders or a Mortgage company. Who is who or what is what?? We are so confused. I was told to F Off by one of their people its so degrading we have asked them to work with us and they wont do it, we owe them half of what they say. What can we do, as I see it nothing can be done to them. It has been hell since they got our mortgage. So in response to this thread who is the Executive response unit? We cant get anywhere except give the money or your home is ours period. Any suggestions???
