JAMES N TOLEDO in response to your post. Have you gotten any response from this company to date? We have just stopped our home from being under a forced forclosure. We managed after many, many phone calls to get them to agree on a forbearance plan. So far they have stopped the sale. I have been in contact with many to file complaints on this company. Living in Ohio I filed with the Attorny General's Office, Senator's, local State Reps, State of Flordia, best help came from the Utah Finance Affairs Dept. Call 801-293-2503 ask for EVA REES, tell her you are dealing with this company. She was very up to date with the practice of this company and very helpful. She can't help if people don't file a complaint. This was the only way we was able to save our home so far. Now we need to get the unjustified fees cleared up. If they would of taken our money in the first place we would of never been in this mess. Also the forced insurance we did not need. Hoping this practice will be better watched by the States Government's in the future. It needs to be stopped, we must stick together to see that this is done!!!!!!!!! STILL TRYING IN WILLARD,OHIO!!!!!!!!!!
