i went to refinance my house and the lending company said they could not because of a foreclosure in july of 2006 this was a surprise to me well i started digging deeper and found this company was actually fairbanks
when i called them they stated that they were going to keep this on my credit report for the next 20 years because i owe them120.000.00 for a house that was foreclosed on in 2002 this case was taken to court and fairbanks was found at fault and i was issued a refund check that did not cover what i lost but the case was over the government said fairbanks had lost its license but i see if you change youre name you can still do the same thing and harrass people it has taken me six years to break even and these people have decided that they can do as they please with no fear of punishment
