Fairfield Inn New Buffalo, MI Rip Off Hotel that puts hold on credit card that is double what you paid in full by CASH Tried to also collect different pet fee too!! new buffalo Michigan
Fairfield Inn New Buffalo put a hold on our credit card that was more than double the amount of the two rooms that we paid cash for. Also tried to increase pet fee from $75 to $100 until I showed them reservation that showed the $75. Didn't fullfill any of our special requests and being a Mariott's reward memeber means nothing!!
