On  December 30, 2016 I went to Wawa to withdraw $150 from the ATM so I can deposit in my FAIRWINDS account before 9pm. I went to the ATM and deposited $20 to make sure the ATM was working and it did give me the credit an my receipt. Next I deposited $140 in the same ATM, all of a sudden I heard the machine making some clicking noise as if something was getting stuck. So I waited an it spit out 2 of the $20 bills but kept my other 5 $20 bills totaling a $100. I immediately put my card back in their to see if I can do another deposit or to see if it was unjammed and the ATM read "We're sorry. This transaction is currently unavailable. Please try again later. "

Then I was frightened because I never had this to happen without getting a receipt, so I called customer service an she said she was gonna escalate so someone can call me to check into my claim. She told me I could visit he branch the next day if I would, so I did. I went to the branch and spoke with this lady name Reesha(customer service manager), her she goes ma'am I'm sorry we can't count the ATM right now and that I would have to wait until Tuesday January 3, 2017. I told her oh no, I'm sorry but can you find someone to help me because I have to pay my bill. She called her branch manager and he told her to give me a provisional credit and if they didnt find the money then I was responsible for the credit they gave me. I asked her ma'am how can someone be responsible when I put my money in the machine. She said, " this is new to me about money getting taking in the ATM an not getting a receipt. I told her ma'am you must be crazy and that if she look online there are hundreds of customers whose had the same issues with the ATM machine. I asked her if she can go outside to look and listen to the machine because it was still making noise from Friday night when I made the deposit. She refused because I told her she was crazy and I called her h*e for telling me she can't go outside because she's the only manager on duty.

I've worked for several high end companies and one thing we never did was tell people that it's only 1 or 2 people and a manger in the building. So my husband called the customer service line and finally got in touch with a manager from the call center. She advised me to leave the bank and that she was gonna reach out to the branch manger so he can contact me. They did the balance Tuesday and left a message saying they will do a recount on Friday and if it wasn't there they will take the credit back. I checked my account Friday an they took my money back. What happened to reviewing camera footage when a customer report their money in the ATM machine was taken ? It's not fair how a bank can say well we didn't see it in the balance so we're sorry. That's not fair, but I do know what goes around will come back around.

I have been informed to contact my local police department just in case someone tried to tamper with the ATM or anything suspicious over the holidays. I'm shocked that banks want listen to their customers complaints an do a thoroughly investigation including reviewing camera footages. How can people put their trust in man made machines, if tellers make mistakes so can a machine. I called back today an was told I have to speak with Reesha, why would I speak with her when she is not the branch manager, and she told my husband she was going to close my account because I called her a h*e. Really, maybe she is in the wrong field, I have been called several names when I was working for Verizon customer service and I didn't cut their service off or cancel their contract because I was upset. I hate to go on social media and news sites but I am as if today since I'm getting the I'm sorry we didn't get your deposit, I bet you the camera footage got it.
