Family and Community Services FCSFCS Ohio FCS - Family Community Services are Slum lords and take days to remove dead animals under the apartment for days and it smells Ravenna Ohio
FCS or Family and Community Services of Ohio located in Kent and Ravenna Ohio are slum lords. They fail in every level and the recent is just discusting. There is a smell of dead animals coming into the apartments. Maintenance says it is probably under the house in the crawl space but in 2 days haven't even sent anyone out to investigate. Larcy, John Barnes, and Greg Musci are all slum landlords who don't do anything to actually run this program. They are paid by the state to provide this housing for people who ran into hard times to help them get back up on their feet. But instead of helping, they subject you to more issues than they help.
They put you in a secluded township 20 minutes away from grocery or other stores. We have limited transportation available if you don't have a car as this is not a mainline for the transit buses. They don't plow the drives, sidewalks, or any other path or steps. They do a bad job at best taking care of the property doing the bare minimum. Sometimes requiring multipe maintenance calls and visits to actually get it fixed.
They send you incorrect letters, threats and letters addressed to other residents violating privacy. In the most recent issue, they threatened to evict me because I failed to find employment within the first 90 days. I was employed in less than 45 and the case worker even told them it was documented in the file I had employment.
And now, for two days, I have had to deal with the discgusting and nauseating smell of of this presumed dead animal while they take their good old time.
They living conditions are unsafe and hazardous at best. If I was in a better position I would have left months ago, but I am not able to leave.
Someone needs to do something about these clowns and get them to take their job serious.
