I worked at family dollar for 8 years as a store manager. I no longer work for this company. I'm glad I'm out.
I just recently found this web site. I am not surprised at what i read. Allot of what I've read I can relate to . Just wanted to let people know this is not a good company to work for, if you are considering this company for employment, please don't. they will use you and discard you. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. no future in this company.
