have bad health issues and have been seeking pain managment for sometime now, due to all my issues they have to take one problem at a time and my pain was not a priority to them, it is to me.

Some time ago I believe Aug. 2013 I went in for a clinic visit and Cathy Buchie a nurse took my vitals. In a converstion to her as I always conversate I made a statement to Cathy "The pain has gotten so bad that I had a couple of drinks the other day" saying this because I do not drink with my diabetes and kidney issues. I wondered why Dr. Bonney asked me," Are you drinking everyday?" Hell no was my reply I do not drink, her answer was" I didn't think so" and that was that. I thought.

I finally got to go to pain managment some months later and I was thrilled, I saw some hope. I went to see Dr. Sharma in Sept 2013 I believe and was drug and alcohol tested as soon as I walked in. Dr. Sharma came in the room with out even touching me stated she can not help me until I get my alcohol issue under controll. My jaw dropped and I said WHAT? I do not drink.well it says it right here and she showed me that Cathy the nursewrote down months prior that my cheif complaint was that I drink everyday for pain. I tried to explain that I had a couple of drinks for the pain was so bad and I said that because I do not drink but because the pain was so bad I did,.Dr. Sharma then said that that is the reason for my pancreatitis. I said no it is from my gall bladder. Dr Sharma also accused me of being a "seeker" for pain meds as it shows different doctors on a DEA report. They are from ER visits as I have other severe problems and have had 30 surgeries. Dr Sharma told me to stop going to the ER. I called the DEA the next day and was told by a DEA worker that I am not a seeker and ther dose given to me is not considered a problem. These little mgs were added to my know prescription. She would not even listen to reason and gave me a script for an MRI and sent me on my way.I never went back

I imediatly went to the clinic and talked to Dr. Bonney. an appointment was made to discuss this and the nerve that I had to pay for that visit.

Dr. Bonnie and Cathy appollogized and said the only way to fix this is to amend it. I went right after to get lab work for alcohol, had 4 more labs done and had to have my husband take off to bring me to Orange city to prove my pancreatitis was from my gall bladder as I was diagnosed with it 20 years ago.

Cathy was later fired and I believe for this reason as I was told by Dr Bonney that a nurse or a doctor can write that unless it is discussed to patient to get treatment.

I can not get treatments because of this statement and can possibly lose my SSI claim because of that statement. It will always be in my record as this statement is untue and I had to prove out of my pocket that this was a false statement.

A letter was written to me about this being amended and that I have a pain pill problem by the board of Family Health Source, Kathy Wilkes.

I have no insurance, I go to the ER alot because I have had 32 surgeries and I get blockages in my intestines. I never knew what a seeker was until this Dr told me. I am not on any list as I called the dea because I was embarrassed to even think I was. I have a tumor in my throat and nobody wants to treat it because if they say you have cancer they have to treat you. Kathy was fired for probably many reasons maybe mine was the last straw and then arrested for welfare fraud. To be called an alcoholic when I do not even drink is wrong. I am allowed to drink and can if I want but I choose not to for nealth reasons but nurses are NOT allowed to put that in your records and if a Dr feels you have a drinking problem they MUST discuss it with their patient first. I have been using the same Dr for 4 years and have never seeked out one for pain medications. I was only given pain meds through the hospital for blockages and surgeries. They do not give pain meds out unless they feel it is warranted. My illnesses are cutting my life short and if any one deserves to be comfortable and not in pain is me. These bozos who get high on medications and lie and seek have ruined it for people who need it.

You are on SSI (previously known as SSDI) for "pain management". What it the reason you are on disability?? You stated this not me.  You are seeking medication so what type of medication are you using?? Does your medication state not to mix with alcohol?? How many ER visits have you had?

How does a DEA worker know that you are not a "seeker"?  I have seen this before and NO I am not a Dr nor a Nurse.  Many who go through the ER multiple times are "drug seekers" and the medical records are FLAGGED.  Had this happen when I was with an individual at an ER.  I have finished my post grad degree in the Social Sciences so I have seen this before.

Is there a reason you do not have a Physician or do you "doctor shop"?  These are all legitimate questions because you are singling out a specific Dr and clinic.  As for Cathy being fired - you have no way of knowing that reason unless you were there when she was let go.  SO -
