Family tire pro Car worse off after tire pros got ahold of it, no refund, dishonest Aurora Colorado
Wife took jeep in for tire rotation and oil change. She also had a coupon for alignment inspection. The tire pros told her the car neede alignment (even though the car did not have steering issues). My wife agreed to the alignment. Now the car pulls right going down the freeway. We took the car back. Tire pros said it doesn't pull right. We asked for our money back. Tire pros said no. We asked the manager if they had taken it on the freeway. He said yes, but interstate 25. Interstate e-470 is a half mile away with automatic tolls. Interstate 25 is nine miles away through traffic and stop lights. The manager lied to us. They did not take the car on the interstate. The car is in worse shape now than when my wife took it in. They will not give us a refund for services that were not needed in the first place. The "coupon" was a way to get people into their shop in order to tell them that an alignment is needed. Very dishonest and unprofessional. sincerely, dale
