I called the phone # showing up on my online bank statement, and within a couple of weeks, they'd refunded $50 (5 $10 withdrawls). I posted my experience on this site in July 2007. You can get your money back. I've since learned to say "no" to anything that pops up on my computer. "fool me once, shame on me... fool me twice, F--- U!" Good luck.

When you phone WLI to complain - make sure you tell them that you expect ALL the charges they have made to your account to be reversed. It worked for me!
