Lies are O.K.for Liars Poker but not for Your New Home Purchase
I have been a Realtor & Motgage Broker for years. You would think it is hard to Fool me. When my wife and I moved to Florida, I chose a Broker. A Good Broker has Wholesale lenders that only deal with Brokers.....If you find a Good Broker compare it to a Bank or Credit Union for the Best Deal. Most times a Broker.Gets the best deal.....One Problem. You want one that does not lie or mislead you.
A loan process depends on your mortgage professional being on top of your paperwork. Oh, Sorry! No Lies, Stalls, False Promises. and Lies to keep you on the hook, Go To Fanning Mortgage for fishinng advice. They know how to Bait you. Hook You, Skin you & Waste your time
Fanning told me that my file was with the underwriter. When I called the lender,the paperwork was incorrect. They had my wife as the Veteran (VA Mortgage) and my W-2 and Paperwork was for another person.
Also after a sail to the Bahamas, I found my Social Security Number was used by someone overseas. It's hard to explain to my wife that the Diamond ring was not for her... FILES should be shredded it has all your personal date.
Never got a "Can't help you letter" Just a "The lenders are overwhelmed with files" It is in the works..."... When I called the so called lender, they felt so ashamed, I got a loan for my home and a loan from a Credit Union for a rental.
Don't Let One Bad Apple Spoil all Brokers. Most Brokers Hump their tails to get you the best deal. We only get paid if you close the loan. I am sure Fanning can BS and explain the screw up, Blame me! But If you go to a professional, a State Licensen holder and Church goer, it does not guarantee Honesty,and Looking Out for Your Best Interest
But if the Comedy Channel is out. Go to Fanning Mortgage. They won't get you a deal any deal..but,they can tell a wopper of a fish tail about your mortgage.
