I ordered a football jersey for my husband on 11/29. The site quotes "fast shipping" only 5-15 business days. Considering I was ordering 11/29, I knew I had have plenty of time to receive the gift before Christmas. I did not receive any shipping updates until 12/08/2017 when I saw the product was actually shipping from China! No where on the site does it advertise they actually ship from China. If I had known this upfront, I would have never ordered from this site.
The site does not offer a customer service number, only through email. One person, Tara Julie will respond. She never once apologized for the false advertisement. I asked for a refund multiple times, she refuses. I still have not received my product. The site has no qualms falsey advertising to you to get your money and never deliver your product. I will never purchase anything from this site again. I know I will never get a refund, and will never get my product. A scam to a T.
