We didthree service orders for Mr. Dennis Oleary back in July 2009 in Florida. The total owed to us is $737.15. All three of the services were for Army Recruiting Stations. After jobs were completed he started delaying payment saying that the Army had not payed him and eventually stopped taking phone calls and the last email he responded, he stated that Fantastic Networks was going to close. All the phone numbers I had for him do not work and a 1.5 years later we have not received payment...PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD SO NOBODY ELSE GETS SCREWED LIKE US..

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, January 30, 2011

Mr Rodriguez fails to identify himself and his company information in his barrage of insults and misinformation, for good reason. While he feels comfortable slandering our company name (and his prime competitor in Miami) he does not wish to "dirty" his company or personal name. Please see www.totaltelecomcorp.com for correct company information.

This report has been filed due to the fact that we have disputed his fake invoices and less than professional work ethic. In summary, Total Telecom never visited the jobs we requested OTHER than a large installation location we needed an inspection performed on prior to sending out our installation team. The moment he arrived on site, he continually attempted to steal the contract from us by attempting to undercut our prices. When that tact failed, he attempted to befriend the US Army project manager telling him they were both "brothers" trying to make a living in the Miami area. The Army contacted us to report our "employee's" improper actions.

Ultimately, we hired an orlando firm to perform the inspect at a cost of $400.00 due to the fact we had to perform the service on a weekend since Total Telecom failed to submit their report. We almost lost the contract due to Mr. Rodriguez's actions.

The firm was called Data & Voice Specialists Inc. We ultimately hired Data& Voice to perform all of the work due to their well above average work performance. We paid them a total of $49,292.00 for their services.

Please see RIPOFF report our organization has filed against Total Telecom for further details including a copy of paid invoice.

many thanks

Dennis M O'Leary
