fantastic sams customer service, rip off, walnut California
Went to fantastic sams and I came out with a horrible body wave. The stylist just told me to 'wait it out'. Isn't the point of a salon is to get a new hair style you leave happy with? They refused to give me a refund because they already 'did the work'. Horrible customer service!!!
