Fardan Enterprises PK Mr. Mian Jawad Fahad Ashfaq Rashad Nazir I paid an advance payment to Fardan and they never shipped my product Sialkot Pakistan
In February of 2015 I made an advance payment to Fardan Enterprises Pakistan through their sales manager Mian Jawad for the manufacture and delivery of tweezers. Through many emails, Mian Jawad kept saying they did not get the wire transfer until I finally sent them a step by step process they needed to do to locate the money (which I had proof had been sent and received by their bank in Pakistan).
They finally agree'd I had sent the money and promised to send my order by the end of May. The end of May came and no notice of shipment. Next Mian Jawad promised they would send my order within 2 weeks. No notice of shipment came.
It is now 6/30/2015 and I am out of product. I emailed Mian Jawad that I needed my shipment sent right away. At that point he began not to respond to my emails anymore. I sent emails to him, the company, to the company through Alibaba, on their facebook page and received no replies back at all.
To this date I am getting zero response from these people. I have filed a complaint with Alibaba about them and Alibaba is looking into it.
On their facebook page, there is another person who is stating they did the same thing to her. Took her money and did not send product and stopped replying to her emails.
These people are not running a legitimate business. BEWARE of them. Do not advance them any money. Make them take a credit card or go through Alibaba and make them take Alibaba escrow.
They will steal your money if you give them a chance.
