farmgirls.com, ifriends misleading ripoff cancelled service
i was registered for a 30 minute trial only cancelled with in the 30 minutes and on the same day this is with armgirls.com.ive been charged for the services for the following days the first was billed on 06/10/02 for the amount of $49.99,second on 07/22/02 for the amount of $49.99 and third for the amount of $39.99
i registered with ifriends and i was mislead because when i registered it was suppose to be free.
so please this was only a trial and then cancelled these services.

1. Nothing free that requires credit card number. Usually porn sites refer to the "Communication Decency Act" as reason why they ask credit card numbers - to validate your age. This is a bs, high school kids can have credit card on their own name, without being 18+. Actually there is no way to prove somebody's age over Internet.
2. Porn sites do not give refund. Banks can help to get back the money if somebody stole your credit card number, but they rarely help if the dispute is over the "free period".
3. Memberships during the "free" or $2.99 30 minute-3 day trial periods are almost never cancellable.
What to do?
First of all to prevent further charges, cancel your memberships.
Go to the farmgirls site, scroll down click on: "Costumer Service" then on the left side: "How Do I Cancel?"
Go to the ifriend site, scroll down, click on "Cancel Account".
Because on both sites they only provide e-mail for cancellation, and not address or phone number) I would recommend you to call your credit card company and close your card account, request a new one.
For the future:
Give your credit card number for any "free", "trial" period ONLY if you are ready to pay MINIMUM ONE FULL MONTH membership. It is true for ANY (not onnly for adult) service.
If you are ready to pay, before signing up always read the "Terms of Services"....
