Farstone Software farstone, Ripped Off By Farstone - DriveClone and Total Recovery Mountainview, California
I purchased DriveClone which did not work on my system. I contacted farpoint, who told me that they no longer support driveclone and it has been replaced by TotalRecovery Pro. I purchased the new product, which also did not work on my system. I contacted farpoint technical support, who now ignore my emails. I tried to call, but cant get thru their automated voice response system. I contacted paypal, who can do nothing ... as Farpoint ignored their requests as well. Total Recovery has a 30 day unconditional warranty, and I open a case 1 day after the purchase. (see attached)

Since Farstone refuses to repair or replace the product, I feel they should refund my purchase per their sales agreement.
