This company sells software to backup your computer. It "gurantees" support in two days if you have a valid serial number and Registration ID. I purchased a program called RestoreIT 7 and have both the valid serial number and the Registration ID.
I also have 6 months left on a Support and Maintenance Agreement. A rational person would conclude that this would allow me to get support.
Over the past two weeks I have filled in their support ticket with all the required information. Immetiately after submitting the information, a form letter arrives saying if you do not hear from them in 2 days, you should resubmit the ticket.
After waiting 2 days and resubmitting, the same form letter arrives. This has happened to me 7 times over the past 2 weeks. I even emailed the company headquarters in CA, but they did not even respond.
I just noticed that BBB even gave them an "F" for not responding to complalints. Their products are sold all over the Internet. Stay away from them if there is a possibility you may ever need support.

FarStone Technology is the same company as Farstone Technologies is the same company as TreasureStone.The first one lists 10415 Slusher Drive, Unit 1, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 as its address while the last two use 1758-B North Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043.
Beware of Farstone aka FarStone aka TreasureStone. It may be listed under other names which makes it harder to track.
