Fast Track Auto Carriers , FL ( Aaron) BEWARE OF UNPROFESSIONAL /FRAUDULENT COMPANY !!! Florida Internet
Don't Trust Fast Track Auto ,FL!!! On 4/2/15 we payed Fast Track Auto Carriers (Aaron) a deposit of$110 with the remaining balance to be $200 upon delivery of our truck. He told us the truck would be picked up and delivered to us that Saturday or Monday and that he would give us notice to unhook our machine since we are living out of state. Monday came around still no call from the company , we waited a few days because it was around Easter holiday . We waited approximately a week and called Aaron and left him a message . Days went by , still no return call .
We called again and he answered and had told us that the drivers truck broke down and that he should have called us that it would be delivered in 24-48 hours that he would get back to us .48 hours passed ,still nothing . A few days later we called Aaron again and his foul mouth and complete disrespect towards a customer completely shocked my husband and I ! Aron had said things to my husband an I such as "pull the d***o out of your a*s and put it in your mouth " told us to "F*** Off " called me a "c**t B**** " among several other vulgar disgusting things ! On 4/23/15 @ 8:30am we got a call from a tow truck driver that was currently at the truck and stated he couldn't tow the truck with machinery hooked up to it .
We explained to him that we were supposed to get at least a few hours notice because we were out of state . Aaron from Fast Track Auto then called me and I advised him to call my husband. Aaron then called my husband and told him that the truck couldn't be towed with the machine still hooked to it . My husband said " you were supposed to give us a few hours notice " Aaron's response to that was "I've had enough of you and your wife . Someone needs to wrap a chain around her neck and hook it to your truck and drag her down the road" then he hung up !
Then the driver called back again and said he wanted an additional $425 CASH to deliver the truck on top of the $110 that was already paid because he does not want to do business with Fast Track Auto anymore . We contacted an attorney who advised us to contact : Attorney General District Attorney Department of Transportation/Inspector General Better Business Bureau Rip off report Transport Reviews Be Aware Aaron will use your personal email to sign you up for offers and different transportation companies . I have answered everyone to let the company's know that they are wasting their time . Don't be fooled ! Read the reviews ! If you notice for every bad review that a person that has been ripped off posted .... There are 3 good right after ! It is the company making the reviews ! look them up on the BBB first ! Do Not Use them !!!
