When I signed up for the MCSE course on 05/25/2006, it was agreed that classes would be held Monday, Wednesday, & Friday fro 6-11 PM as reflected in my enrollment agreement. It was not until the first day of class and without prior notification, that Fast Train not only decided to change schedule to Monday thru Thursday but they also enrolled me in a basic intro to computers course I did not request nor did I need.

When I expressed discontent to Arthur Guzman, he stated that Fast Train was now accredited and thats why schedule changed and class added. He instructed me to simply not go to the Basic Intro to Computers class rather than removing it from my schedule.

Furthermore, I only took and complete 2 of the seven classes I agreed to take due to the birth of my child. My wife and I decided to move to Texas and it was only then that I realized that Fast Train ripped me off. I requested a refund for the courses I did not take. They secured $8,000.00 from SLM Financial (a Salliemae Company) for a student loan. I only requested refund for courses I did not take and even agreed to accept 50% back but they refused siting their policy.

Bottom line is that they kept money that does not belong to them and that I am paying back. I have since been comntacted by other students who have had similar things happen to them.

same thing happened to me. You can call the Commission for Independent Education and they will help you retrieve your monies. Due to the fact that they changed your curriculum, they would have had to make you sign a new enrollment agreement. If not, then they didn't follow what they sold to you. You should be entitled for a full refund. Hope this helps.
