David Hauser runs a company called Favored Panel. This company performs inspection services for insurance companies. I started working with Favored Panel on 06/15/2016. The company paid me for all of my servicestuff rendered through August of 2016. The amount totalled to $625. Then in August, the company simply stopped paying me. I emailed Mr. Hauser the first week of November and he said he would pay the following Friday. Payment was not paid that Friday. I asked Mr. Hauser about this. He said that Agero, his client, was not paying him, but agreed to pay me later the same day. He did not pay. He is not responding to my emails and his phone always goes to voice-mail. He will not return my calls. I have been professional and polite in all my communication. The Favored Panel website is no longer functioningoing and David Hauser has apparently skipped town without paying many inspectors.

David Hauser paid me today, 12/13/2015, in full for the invoices sent to him.  I take back what I said about him being a crook, but paying 4 months after services performed is not the industry standard.  Mr. Hauser fell on some hard times due to one of his clients not paying him, but he has made good on his payments with me.

If you are a vendor considering Favored Panel, I feel confident that what I went through was a once in a lifetime situation and you can feel safe doing business with Favored Panel and David Hauser.

Favored Panel was paying very timely until early fall 2016, when our client lost their client and were slow to tell us as to cut costs, we had 89% of our business with one client.   We have since diversified and are catching up paying our vendors as a results of this unforeseen change in business.    Tried to pay James and used the wrong address to paypal him and now waiting to get the money back from paypal to pay him again.   He has done good work for us and our promises to him may have seemed empty but we were in the dark ourselves.

Lesson for all companies.. don't have all your business with one client who is telling you how to run your company.
