Fayette Auto Sales/Broker No Title avail 2 weeks even after 4 attempts to get it, Transmission bad too Fayetteville Georgia
Primary issue is that David the owner isnt reachable to obtain my title, It has been two weeks since i bought the truck, i was told to come back on the following monday or tuesday to file the title in the system, I have communicated with David on 4-5 occasions with only two responses and still no title. I also bought the 2002 Dodge Truck with the knowledge it was checked out by his mechanic, well next day driving it the transmission is slipping in 2nd gear and he says it was fine when he drove it. Sold a piece of junk! I asked him for the name of a reliable transmission shop that he knows that i could take it to to be looked at and he will not even offer a response to that, I have now also asked for him to split the cost of the repair and I havent seen a response either way. Update: I have now been contacted by David with a picture of the title but no conversation in regards to it. I will give him a day or two more to have a conversation on this with me. Poor business practices by David under his Company name Fayette Auto Sales/Brokers

I did finally receive my title albeit in the wrong persons name, I had to personally follow the owner to the DDS and get the process rolling, only to then find out that he (david) had not filed the proper paperwork prior and would have to go to main location of DDS to file title correctly, I entrusted a check for the title fees into his hands and finally 4 weeks later i got the tiltle from the state, again with wrong person listed on the title!!! I did have a transmission failure as I told him a day or two after i bought it that something was wrong. $1600 dollars later and a day in the garage its running again!! I would never tell anyone to buy from David, all he does is buy the cars at Manheim Auto Action and resell, no clean up or repairs done to make the cars reliable.. STAY AWAY!!! Let me know if i can assist you in resolving your issue,

I have bought a vehicle from David. I have not received my title for over 2 weeks. Did you get your issue resolved, please update. I am going to report the problem to the state of Georgia . Please contact me Chad.
