Complaint Review: FCAA DEPUTY DIRECTOR LEGAL SONNE UDEMGBA - regina Saskatchewan

The Justice Deaprtment of Sasktchewan appears to be protecting several of its own FCAA Directors such as Sonne Udemgba and Kenneth Edwards Rodonets from criminal and corrupt actions during their investigation and hearing procedures. Why is this?

Why aren't Sonne Udemgba and Kenneth Edwards Rodonets on "desk duty" or administrative leave while they are both being currently investigated by the Regina City Police for serious crimes they committed against several parties involved in their investigations? Why does the Saskatchewan Department of Justice, Financial and Consumers Affairs Authority (FCAA) hide their corrupt and criminal actions from the public? Why are they not suspended when they have already been FOUND GUILTY of breaking one law/statutue in this province and are now being currently investigated for further criminal actions? They are still full employed and active in other files. Scary.

They have already been founf to be "in guilt" of breaking other provincial statues and laws, of which goverment public reports are on their way out, and now Udemgba, Sandy Novak, Kenneth Edwards Rodonets, Gordon Hamilton, Peter Carton and J. Paul Robinson, are all being actively criminally investigating and everyone at Justice and the FCAA is covering up for these people. Why? This is how communist regimes work and not democratic societies. What is the wrong with this FCAA and their constant cover ups?

Sandy Novak of the FCAA was already let go and is no longer employed by the FCAA, more than likely for her corrupt and possible criminal actions, yet they keep Rodonets and Udemgba still employed and keep Hamilton, Carton and Robinson on as board memners. The taxpayers of Saskatchewan are paying for two directors full time salaries, while being found guilty of law/statutue and while still being under criminal investigation for many other possible criminal actions. All of these entities have already been found "in guilt" of breaching r law/statute of Saskatchewan, yet are still actively employed. WHat is going on here and why is the public not mad.

Also, another concern in that there is an "udemgba" associated to the financial scams in Nigeria and Sonne Udemgba is from Nigeria and we are hoping that he is not tied to this or related or associated to any of this. Shouldn't someone check into this? It is concerning.

NOTE: I have no direct link or involvement to any of these entities, nor am I a named party to anything involved with the FCAA. I became interesetd all of this as I was reading about it in the paper and started to follow this one proceeding in particular. I always found it strange that the Leader Post and the FCAA have always and only printed one side of this story but never the Defendants side. From Reading the Leader Post's February 6th story, I thought the verdict was in and this was over --as that is how they intentionally misled the public to think. Well it is not, and the Leader Post, as usual printed lies for I have both sets of evidence that I have looked over and I can assure you that what the Leader Post wrote about this lady in their February 6th 2014 article is all lies.

The Leader Post did not bother to even attempt to get the Defendants story so the LP ended up printing a fraudulent story. The LP and the FCAA condemn this one lady as being guilty, so I was surprised when I actually investigated into this matter, that there has been NO GUILTY verdict handed down nor has anyone, other than the public and media, ever found her to be guilty. The truth is that everything is only ALLEGED, however from reading anything in the paper , one would never know this for Pacholik writes it as factm when it is just allegations. It appears that Barb Pacholik of the Leader Post, along with Ed Rodonets of the FCAA and Sonne Udemgba of the FCAA think they are the judge,jury and executioner of this lady when they are not.

For the public, this lady nor anyone in her companies has ever been found guilty --however Udemgaba and Rodonets are the ONLY ONES WHO HAVE INDEED BEEN FOUNG GUILTY in breaking provincial laws against this Defednants and yet still somehow work at the Saskatchewan Departmetn of Justice's FCAA. This is how the our wonderful Saskatchewan government works -- ministers, directors, whoever can break laws and statutes of this province and who cares, they hold onto their jobs for everyone circles the wagons around them and covers up, all at the cost of the taxpayers dollars. I have reached out the the defendants to get their side and was told I am the first to do so, so there will be many many posts on here exposing the FCAA for their true colours. Keep Posted.
