I have 2 accounts with this company with multiple issues on each. I cannot call them. I cannot email them. I cannot use their trouble reporting scheme. I cannot get any service from them, which I paid for.

I created a new account with them in late January or early February. Once the account was created, the problems began -- on both accounts. The older account being on their Plesk platform and the newer on the HSP.

Problems experienced were the all of my sites being unavailable (error 404). The manual for the new host did not match what was actually in use. Some e-mail options did not work, I.E. mailing lists.

Whenever a problem was reported it took several attempts to resolve. Even the techs manning the chat terminals were incompetant as well as rude. I was dropped many times, only to have to wait in queue for up to 4 hours for a tech.

Removing a domain from the old system, because it was moved to the new was supposedly forwarded to the network administrators, but to this day (a month later at this time) the domain is still there. Whenever a user on the old domain sends email to the moved domain the message never arrives, because it goes to the old server account, which should have been removed.

I was promised 99.9% up time. I had a period of nearly 1 week where I was down. I requested credit, which was ignored.

With this kind of service (or lack of), I want my money back! I renewed the old service in November of 2002, and opened a new one in Jan or Feb of 2003. The promises have not been fulfilled.
