I Had FeaturePrice for my webhosting for nearly 3 years. They provided excellent service and the customer service was the best. With in a VERY short period of time they went from that status to the VERY bottom...
Now after what they are claiming as UPGRADES the Service and Customer Service is Non-Existent.
You can No longer talk to a Real person and they Do Not answer their E-Mails. If in chat with them, if you start asking to much they completely Ignore what you have to say and Leave the Chat.. They want you to Purchase Customer Support! HA! Their Guarantees are virtually all lies...
My site and email has been down for nearly 2-1/2 weeks and *they are working on it* Broken agreement of 99.9% up time...
I have been trying to get a refund now for almost a week. The form needed in order to do this can Not be Reached because of a broken Link.. Another thing that they *Are Working On*
A Horrible Horrible Company as far as I am concerned. Would not send my worst enemy there!!!!
I too will be looking into What can be done about this Company!!
