In the third paragraph of the original report it should read: " ...I e-mailed Danielle Fye to ask if she could do something, and it took her 10 days to respond back to me (and I was not happy about that)..." Also, I tried for over a week to contact Mr. Jack Halleman. I was given all sorts of excuses about why I couldn't talk to him (he's in the office but a lunch meeting, he's in Washington D.C., he's at a convention, he always returns his phone calls, but he's just been too busy ...). At one point FSTN responded to an e-mail where I requested that Mr. Halleman call me by telling me they would no longer accept my e-mails ... I had to correspond by fax! NO KIDDING!!! Everyday that I called it was something else, some other excuse, and some were pretty elaborate. When I did finally get through to Mr. Halleman he hung up on me! This he did immediately upon learning that I had retained an attorney in this case. I was hung up on multiple times on 6/18/2008 by FSTN personnel. First by Robin (telephone answering person), then by Mr. Jerry Adams who initially refused to disclose his name to my associate, and then by Mr. Halleman. Hmmmmmm, I wonder just exactly what they're trying to hide. What a great way to treat clients and how ironic that when a client is on hold they get the standard line "we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction!" What a crock! BEWARE OF FSTN ... working with ANY of their personnel will simply be an exercise in futility and you will most likely end up with a bigger tax bill in addition to being scammed out of LOTS OF MONEY by this very unscrupulous company of very deceitful, and perhaps even mentally unstable, people.
