Federal Grants Asociation I was told to send a check for 299.99 for lawyers fee, and I would recieve a Federal Grants check for the amount of 5k. 6 months and haven't recieved anything. requested a refund but they keep putting me off, and making different excuses in each call. RIPOFF Clearwater Florida
I recieved a call on April were I was told by a Mr.Michael Norris that I had been granted 5k and that I was to send a check for the amount of $299.99 for lawers fee. I sent them the check for the requested amount on February 13 2005. And then I did not here from them again.
I started to call and requested a refund. Every time I call I get a different person on line and they each tell me a different story. Now they told me that Elitel was the company that cashed my check but the number and e-mail address for this company do not work.
All I want is my money back. My check number is 323 from Doral Bank in Puerto Rico for the amount of $299.99 . Thank you.
