Complaint Review: Federico Matta - Cancun Q.R.

He threatened me that he was going to get his friends the Hoil Sallys “ Police “  to grab me and beat the hell out of me and plant drugs on me and have them throw me in a mexican Jail for them to have there way with me.

He brags that he is connected to the Sinaloa Syndicate and is going to Marry his 9th Wife Laura Escobar.  Pablo Escobar’s Brother Daughter. He brags that for years he has been smuggling Drugs And Cash in to Cancun by bringing in exocitic cars and Chevy Suburbans Across the border from Laredo Texas.

I only found all this out after he got $12,000 USD from me and told me he wanted more money and when I told him I did not have any more money he started with the threats.

I know I was stupid and will never get my money back but the Good Book says. All that has to happen for Evil to win is for good men to say nothing. So I never want this to happen to another human being So I am standing up and tell you. Please help me to take this Predator off the streets.

I don't want to think it was possible for anybody to go thru the fear that somebody is going to grab me and beat me and set me up to go to mexican jail where they will have there way with me.  

Me amenazó con decirles que iba a hacer que sus amigos, la "Policía" de Hoil Sallys, me agarraran, me golpearan, me pusieran drogas y que me arrojaran a la cárcel mexicana para que tuvieran un trato conmigo.

Se jacta de que está conectado con el Sindicato de Sinaloa y se casará con su novena esposa, Laura Escobar. Hermano Hija de Pablo Escobar. Se jacta de que durante años ha estado contrabandeando Drogas y Efectivo a Cancún al traer coches exóticos y Chevy Suburbans al otro lado de la frontera desde Laredo, Texas.

Solo descubrí todo esto después de que recibió $ 12,000 USD de mí y me dijo que quería más dinero y cuando le dije que no tenía más dinero, comenzó con las amenazas. Sé que fui estúpido y nunca recuperaré mi dinero, pero dice el Buen Libro.

Todo lo que tiene que pasar para que Evil gane es que los buenos hombres no digan nada. Así que nunca quiero que esto le pase a otro ser humano. Así que me levanto y le digo. Por favor, ayúdame a sacar a este Depredador de las calles.

No quiero pensar que haya sido posible que alguien pase por el temor de que alguien me agarre y me golpee y me prepare para ir a la cárcel mexicana, donde ellos tendrán mucho que hacer conmigo.

He drove into the parking lot in a Silver 550 MBZ SE

with TX Plates (((REDACTED))) and I said to him did you drive that all the way from Texas and he said no he brings in a lot of cars to Mexico. I found out latter the car has been in Mexico for 6 years and is not licensed and may be Stolen.

So over the next 2 weeks we became friends and I told him of a good business Idea I had and he was very interested and I told him that I needed an Investor to fund the project.  He told me he had the money but he knew a guy we could go and see because we needed a facility to do the Spa Treatments Ken Samson Had bought him and his Brothers, Gerry Mancini, parents houses. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mk4843lo4ttgyg7/gerry%20mancini%20Letter%20of%20Demand.docx?dl=0 So I was introduced to Mr Samson he is a Canada National and I told of the plans to open a Spa Clinic and we needed an Investor and his place was a great place to put the Spa in and he agreed and we formed a 3-way partnership. My Matta said he would lend me my 1/3 of the money for the partnership and he would get Ken to put up 1/3 and he would cover the other 2/3 and I would pay him back from the profits of the operation.

So he encouraged my Samson to concrete our agreement with a deposit of $7000.00 on May 26th, 2018 and another $2000.00 On June 2nd, 2018. Mr. Matta was going to Import the equipment we needed for the Spa and Mr Samson was to provide the House for the Spa Sergio Butrón Casas, Campestre Lol-be, 77560 Alfredo V. Bonfil, Q.R., Mexico https://www.dropbox.com/s/mk4843lo4ttgyg7/gerry%20mancini%20Letter%20of%20Demand.docx?dl=0  and I was the one to set up the business and do the treatments. After he deposited the Money Mr. Matta Insisted he needs cash to do the transportation as in Mexico there are a lot of people who need Incentives to make things happen at the checkpoints. So every day I went to the ATM and pulled cash for Mr Matta.

Once Mr Matta got all the money he said he needed more money to do the transportation and We had an agreement for Mr Samson to deposit the balance of the partnership of $81,000.00 June 25th But Mr Samson he did not follow thru Mr Matta told Mr Samson that he needed another $7000.00 for the money he has spent to arrange the Transportation Thru the trucking company he uses Transportes Castores.

I later found out Mr Matta Imports Cars From San Antonio TX and Laredo TX into Mexico to Cancun With CASH and Drugs and that has been his business for years. He was Bragging that he had a 2004 Bentley Arnage Licence Plate GXH 8083  that he was going to use to bring in the Spa Equipment and not have to pay Customs and Taxes.

He also was Bragging that He was going to get Married again this would be Wife # 9 to Lara Escobar the Daughter of the Brother of Pablo Escobar He was bragging that he was very well connected to the Escobar Family and He was Taking a Boy he said was his Son Tommy  to Columbia and he was leaving this weekend 7-28-2018 I think he was in Jail in 1991 for Weed in TX.

I would love to provide you with any more information to make sure this guy can't rip off anybody else. He deserves to be looked into He is Living with a girlfriend Mari Alwron +52 1 998 201 1234 her house is Sirenis #23 on Isla Dorada www.isladorada.com and I think she has a Closet full of Smuggled cash and maybe even Drugs on the Premises. He always carries a Big Bag and I have seen him on Many times to put big wads of US Dollars out of that Bag and he has always said he had a Gun in there But I never saw it.

This guy Is dangerous and if not stopped he will just find another victim. I was a fool and will never get my $9000.00 Back but if I can help you stop this guy from ripping off anybody else I would feel better.

He was bragging that he is very well connected to the Sinaloa cartel and has been moving Money to Cancun for years to wash it I don't know how that all works but I am told its big business. On Top of that he has be brinnign in Pot for years as he says he has to smoke Pot 3 times a day since he was 14 to keep his anxiety under control.

U never know when the Mexican police is picking u up. Immigration is on your a*s your just to stupid to know, U were never going to get papers, I made sure of that and Ken is making sure u go to jail.

The one that’s running is u cause u feel like a rat running from the law. When they put your picture in newspaper for con artist u will regret all your bad deeds. U f*cked up in the wrong country.

U have immigration unlawful entry charges with intent to fraud and money wire transfer charges illegally done in Mexico with out even a tourist visa when the crime was committed so u better get a lawyer and not a liar like u buddy.

Between Ken and me we have your a*s in jail and we know the two face person u can be hipócrit and looser that’s why your girl left u. Like Ken said every Dog will have his day in court. Your a DOG full of ticks and fleas like u.

The only reason u were living here is because of her u have always been a looser with no house and a carpayment u don’t even make and a terrible salesman weak she said 2 houses in a year that why Mexico top 100 don’t envite u anymore.

From what i hear u have been a liability to your mom friends girlfriend the church ⛪ everyone u contact u scam and your bad carma scares people away that’s why people don’t connect with u here so move somewhere new where your invited and wanted not here u overstayed your welcome and now u have Ken looking for u with police , how embarrassing for Patricia and all of us victims of your scam just like the police.
