Complaint Review: Fha/hud (joseph Ramsay) - Philadlphia Pennsylvania

this is a up date regrading the problem were having with hud/fha. this has been going on since may 2002 are home never met strands according to fha/huds handbook 4150.2. we have been begging them to inforce their laws which they will not do and hold the mortage company responible for the actions of the appasier,which is in fha/hud mortage E letter.

all hud/fha been doing is telling us it is our fault. also been begging fha/hud for a field reveiw and told us because we live in northern new york we cannot get one,because their is nobody up here.we told fha/hud we would pay to fly a field officer out here and pick them up at the airport and drive them back and feed him. but they deceided to side with m&t mortage company and closed are case. just the other day we called hud/fha and asked them what can we do,today we get a e-mail from one of the good old boys at fha/hud his name is JOSEPH RAMSAY who lied and falsfy a e-mail to us today regarding are home he said in his e-mail we never told them are house roof leaked and is in structal failure i have proof that i did.the frist complaint that congress john m. mchugh office sumited to fha/hud was about 20 pages long which indicated all problems with this property.i also faxed JOSEPH RAMSAY several letters regrading the problems with this house, have all receipts of faxes to his office also have in my possecion a receipt from fha/hud of all pictures and viedo tape with all problems with my house that they sent me back and here is the big kicker talking about a smoking gun this ones is on fire. my lawyer has in his pocession my file i recevied from fha/hud through the national freedom act their is letters in their from JOSEPH RAMSAY office that was not sensor or blacked out by magic marker that was sent to all parties involed talking about partial flat roof on my house and other parts of the house that is leaking also the seperate garge that has a flat roof that leaks. the fraud and coruption and lieing has to stop. to the editor of rip-off reports please make sure this gets to fha/hud exspeaily JOSEPH RAMSAY i have several reports on your site reggarding this issue i cant understand why i never got a rebuttal from fha/hud or m&t mortage company please let me know if they have received copies of my reports if so i guess this proves i am not lieing about anything also can you let me know how i can scan these documents, pictures and veido of all the problems with my house once my case is over with i want to show the whole world of the fraud and corruption that is going on at fha/hud the house flipping that involes fha/hud needs to come to and end all that it hurts are the low income people that apply for a fha/hud insuried home expecting the american dream and reality get a nightmare because fha/hud lets the mortage company hire their own appaiers and lets them get away with lieing and fasfying federal housing forms to fha/hud,and fha/hud wont do a dam thing about it. the appaiser we had here was ROBERT W GERRY the only one that did anything about this was the state of new york, it took them 3 years and hundrends of man hours and a trip from albany which is about 250 miles to my house from their and god knows how much money in salarys they payed the investorgeters to fine him $750.00 and it almost makes it wander if everyone should become a appasier their is good money in doing this and all you have to do is lie fasfy federal housing papers thats all fha/hud wants from you its a proven fact they do not inforce their laws. keep you up dated whats going on with my house itlooks like bankrupcy may be my only choose. p.s. billie denison, Texas U.S.A. you have the same problem just wandering how you made out please up date your report
