These guys are pure fraud! 



I got a new house, came with warranty. I had to replace the AC blower and microwave myself (and pay for it) as they do not care and are too slow. 



Then I reluctantly renew and call for the fridge. They send someone out at $65 and send me an email that the repairs are authorized. Then they send me an email that the repairs are complete! 

When I bring it up to them that nothing was even done to fix it this is exactly what they send me in response:

"Good Morning,

You are correct, your claim was denied in accordance with Limits of Liability #5 of your warranty contract. I apologize that FNHW will not be proceeding with any repairs. The below email stating, "Your service request is complete!" means that your claim is closed and should not imply that the claim was covered. I apologize it may have left room to be misinterpreted. I hope I have addressed all of your concerns.

Starting a class action, anyone that has been ripped off let me know. Their reviews on Yelp are almost all bad. How does a company like this get away with so many bad reviews and user experiences ???
